This gate features a 19" wide door that allows parents to move freely from room to room, and can swing open in both directions. With just one hand, adults can easily open the gate by sliding the trigger and lifting the door panel. The door locks securely, preventing babies, toddlers, and pets from getting through with narrow 2.7" spaced bars. A soft scratch guard on the bottom rail protects hardwood floors.

To clean the gate, simply wipe the surface with a damp cloth using mild detergent and warm water. Please note that the gate will not fit openings of 51-52" or 61-62". It has been third-party safety tested and approved for peace of mind.
